Sheila Dikshit will be sworn-in as the Chief Minister of Delhi for an unprecedented third term on Wednesday. The swearing in will take place at the St Xavier's School grounds near the Lieutenant Governor's residence. Ms Dikshit has been tight lipped about her six Cabinet colleagues, but Kiran Walia, an MLA from Malviya Nagar is expected to be the new face on this Cabinet.
