India's new Home Minister on Friday visited that nation's latest battlezone. In first visit after the terror strike, P Chidambaram was blunt, admitting that mistakes were made. "Undoubtedly, there have been some lapses. It will not be very honest of me to claim there are no lapses. I will strain every nerve to overcome lapses and improve security, and help state governments to overcome," he said.
